Bruker SkyScan 2214 multi-scale X-ray Nano-CT
Bruker SkyScan 2214 provides 3D X-ray microscopy at the nanoscale. Covers the widest range of object sizes. It opens unique possibilities for 3D imaging and exact modeling of geological materials, composite materials, Li batteries, fuel cells, electronic assemblies, as well as ex-vivo preclinical applications, like in lung imaging or tumor vascularization.
