VersaLab has a temperature range of 50 – 400K and a field strength of 3 tesla making it perfect for accomplishing many types of materials characterization. Utilizing a new approach to cryocooler equipment design, VersaLab employs a new  4 He-based temperature control system and gas flow technology that eliminates the need for liquid cryogens. The system currently has options for measuring magnetometry, heat capacity, and electro-transport.
